Terms of Service

By using PrintableInks you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the service

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to start a campaign or place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to use PrintableInks only for lawful purposes.

Campaigns & artwork

You retain ownership of artwork and logos you upload. You grant us a limited license to print, ship, and promote campaign products. You confirm you have the right to use any logos, names, or images you submit and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

Orders & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and product availability may change. Once a campaign closes, orders enter production and generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping & returns

Most orders ship within 10 business days after a campaign closes. Because items are custom-printed, we only accept returns for defects or fulfillment errors. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Prohibited content

No hate speech, harassment, infringing IP, or otherwise unlawful content. We reserve the right to refuse any campaign at our discretion.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintableInks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
